Back To School News

All around the country pencils are being sharpened and shoes are being polished as we prepare to go back to school.

And while the start of a new term (and possibly a brand new lunchbox!) is exciting enough, The Tesco Eat Happy Project’s newly designed resource hub is the icing on the cake.

We have loads of curriculum-based resources that you can access for free on the website – all of which have been designed by teachers. You can search for what you need by subject, age group or activity type, meaning you can easily find what you need and then download it at the touch of a button.

Here’s a little taster:

Maths

Make maths more fun by playing more games!

Some of our favourites include Corn feedchase, Energy boost game and Bean dominoes.

Writing

Encourage children to flex their imaginations using some of our creative writing exercises

We love A fisherman’s life, My garden magazine and Hatching chicks.

Geography

Explore the world and teach about global food production using our world map posters.

Discover which regions produce favourites such as tomatoes, rice and bananas.

Finally, don’t forget that we’re currently recruiting schools to take part in this term’s Online Field Tripsget in touch if you’d like to take your class on a virtual adventure.

Have a great autumn term!
