We’re excited to announce the launch of our brand new Pinterest channel – you can follow us here.

We have a vast bank of food-related teaching resources for primary school children aged 5-11 that cover key subjects such as literacy, numeracy, geography and science.

Teaching children about 3D shapes? No problem. Print out these templates and ask your class to assemble their own 3D tomatoes. Learning about rhyming?  This banana rap is a great way to learn about bananas as well as practising rhymes. Or if your class would like to become world food explorers, download this pretend passport, complete with food-inspired stamps.

There are also a variety of boards with resources and videos relating to different foods, from Excellent Eggs and Magnificent Milk to Brilliant Bananas and Wonderful Water.

If that wasn’t enough, we also have lots of word searches, timelines, maps and quizzes that are linked to the National Curriculum and have been created in partnership with TTS, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of teaching resources.

So whether you’re looking for inspiration in the classroom or at home, we’ve got everything you need to help children learn about food in a fun and creative way.

We will be updating the page daily so don’t forget to check back regularly for new resources and videos.
