2. Clean and reseal!
It’s not the most exciting prospect, but trust us – deep cleaning and resealing will completely remodel your washroom! Let’s be honest, most of us, if not all of us, are slaves to the dreaded black mold! After all, it’s a given in any wet and damp room. So being able to completely remove it from your sealing will totally revamp the space! And what’s more, it’s really affordable.
Firstly, deep clean your shower, bath, sink and toilet like you’ve never deep-cleaned before! This will remove as much black mold so that it doesn’t start immediately after you’ve resealed. It’s also good to remove as much dust as possible so that it doesn’t stick onto the sealer and stay there for the next few years.
Next, reseal. You will need a Stanley knife to remove all the old sealant. Just slice along the top and bottom of the old sealant from one end to another and then pull it away. You will need a cartridge gun filled with your new sealant to replace the old. Make sure it is a bathroom and anti-mold option. And then, voila! You will have a fresh, new-looking bathroom.
3. Choose a show-stopping bathroom wallpaper mural!
